AWT is a tech-enabled safety GPS and Bluetooth network linking caregivers, individuals with cognitive, mental health or communication challenges, and 1st Responders (Dispatch, EMS, Fire, & Police) through smartphones, smart devices and web applications.
The purpose of AARON Wearable Technology is to notify police when a person with a diagnosed cognitive disability, mental health or communication challenge (user) is a policing suspect to aid the police in decisions regarding the use of force, reducing the number of fatal police shootings and harm to police.
Alliance for Leadership and Interconnection is partnering with AARON Wearable Tech LLC to provide resources to First Responders and Caregivers to help keep First Responders and people with cognitive disabilities and mental health challenges safe in law enforcement interactions.
